Yes. Property managers and commercial real estate firms managing 5+ properties get a single portfolio walkthrough, one consolidated rate card, and one dedicated account manager for the whole portfolio. Volume discounts are built into the pricing structure.
What happens if there's an issue with a cleaning visit?
Call your dedicated account manager — same number every time, real person, no call tree. We have a same-day issue response standard. Most issues are addressed within 4 hours by our roving day-crew. Your account manager logs every issue and reports it in your QBR.
